the right to approve or deny any vendor application at its discretion.
2. Product & Service Standards
All products and services must meet quality, safety, and ethical standards. Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are
strictly forbidden.
3. Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include but are not limited to illegal goods, weapons, drugs, hate-related products, explicitly illegal
content, or any items that violate local, state, or federal law.
4. Listings & Content
Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels. Misleading or false listings
may result in removal or termination.
5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, and customer communication. Tracking
information must be provided when applicable.
6. Refunds & Disputes
Vendors must honor refund and return policies as listed. Disputes may be reviewed by w3tkitt.com for resolution.
7. Fees & Commission
There are no sign-up fees. Platform commission rates are agreed upon separately and may vary by category.
8. Brand Usage
Vendors may not misuse the w3tkitt.com brand, logo, or trademarks without written permission.
9. Compliance & Conduct
Vendors must conduct business professionally and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.
10. Termination
w3tkitt.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access at any time for policy violations.
11. Policy Updates
Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
